The platform should ideally help you in tracking user interaction on websites, tracking leads, and report analytics, and provide the option of A/ B testing so that you can simultaneously test two options, compare and find out the best-suited option for your business.

Before finalizing the tool which is going to be used, make it a point to go through the reviews and take a look at the user base and user experience before signing up for it. Look at the case studies or videos or written testimonials and the experience of other users while using the tool for troubleshooting and so on.

Any automation tool or platform is useful if it is implemented in a way that syncs in with the goals of the business.  The automation tool should be hassle-free and securely provide the services for helping the clients and completing day-to-day operations smoothly only then it will be helpful in generating revenue in the long run.
